Fempure Saheli Program

Through the Fempure Sehat Saheli Program, 20 midwives and community health workers (CHWs) are trained across 10 rural and semi-urban districts in the Rawalpindi and Peshawar divisions to deliver door-to-door menstrual health and hygiene (MHM) education to 7,500 menstruators and provide last-mile product distribution to 1,300 households. The program strengthens Fempure product sales by enabling Sahelis to actively promote products during household visits, expand outreach to adjacent communities, and build and maintain customer lists for repeat purchases, steadily growing the customer base over time.

The Fempure Sehat Saheli Program equips midwives and CHWs to serve as trusted community educators and brand ambassadors, combining free sample kit distribution with structured product promotion. Sahelis introduce Fempure products during home visits, maintain customer databases, and work toward monthly sales targets, ensuring sustained engagement and demand. This proven, scalable model directly links community education with sales growth through trusted, women-led outreach.

The model is already operational, with 04 Fempure Sahelis currently working in Peshawar and Rawalpindi, building on a successful pilot previously implemented with CHWs in Rawalpindi and Kahuta. The program continues to expand to additional communities, increasing both reach and sales through direct household engagement.
