These initiatives have been supported by the Sang Pour Sang project.
1. Fempure Mini Mart (Community Hubs)
The Fempure Mini Mart model establishes women-led, community-based retail hubs that provide walkable access to affordable menstrual products while creating sustainable livelihoods for women entrepreneurs. Operating across Islamabad, Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Mini Marts combine product sales with menstrual health and dignity (MHD) awareness to stimulate sustained demand. The model strengthens local access, builds brand trust, and drives continuous growth in Fempure product sales within underserved communities.
2. Fempure Sehat Saheli Program
The Fempure Sehat Saheli Program trains midwives and community health workers to deliver door-to-door menstrual health and dignity education and last-mile product distribution. Sahelis act as trusted educators and brand ambassadors, distributing sample kits, building customer databases, and supporting repeat product purchases through household engagement. This community-embedded outreach model expands access, improves affordability, and steadily increases Fempure sales through direct community channels.
3. MHD Games – “The Red Talk”
The Menstrual Health & Dignity Games “The Red Talk” engage adolescents in schools and colleges through interactive, play-based education that challenges stigma and improves menstrual knowledge and attitudes. The initiative combines MHD kits, peer educator training, and school-based sessions while placing Fempure product racks in participating institutions. By engaging students as MHD ambassadors, the program improves access, visibility, and sales of Fempure products in educational settings.
4. Fempure MHD Catalyst Program
The Fempure MHD Catalyst Program certifies female educators through a structured three-month Training of Trainers program delivered via the Cyntax LMS. Certified educators provide age-appropriate, localized menstrual health and dignity education to students across Pakistan, including GB and AJK. The program strengthens institutional MHD capacity while increasing Fempure sales through product racks in partner institutions and an educator-led ambassador network.
