Fempure MHD Catalyst Program

The Fempure MHM Catalyst Program certifies 100 female educators selected from schools, colleges, and universities across Pakistan, including Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). Educators are trained through a 03-month Training of Trainers (ToT) program delivered via the Cyntax Learning Management System (LMS), enabling them to provide age-appropriate, localized menstrual health management (MHM) education to approximately 10,000 students nationwide.

The program addresses a systemic gap in formal education by equipping teachers and coordinators with structured curricula, teaching tools, and facilitation skills to deliver comprehensive MHM education within institutional settings. Trained educators actively integrate MHM into classrooms and student support systems, strengthening knowledge, confidence, and informed product choice among adolescents and young adults.

The program also drives Fempure product sales by placing Fempure product racks in partner schools, colleges, and universities where trained faculty are based. Willing certified educators are engaged as brand ambassadors, promoting access and uptake of Fempure products within their institutions and supporting sustained institutional procurement and repeat purchases.
